An experential approach to understand your body ( flexibility, restrictrions,
limitations) alignment, and to coordinate breath with movement through postures.
Self-pacing and teaches deep relaxation.
Continuing & Advanced - Inner Focus & Concentration
Emphasis on more challenging postures and alignment, holding the posture while
focusing on breath, sensation and allowing. Enhanced breathwork & meditation.
