*SUDHA is a certified holistic-health nurse and P.R. Yoga Therapist, has 25 years in Healing Arts including tenure at a Boston teaching hospital. A Certified professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher and International Workshop leader, Sudha is featured in the DVD Kripalu Gentle Yoga which won 3 awards. As a senior teacher at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in MA., her energy, enthusiasm and compassion make her one of Kripalu's most popular teachers. Sudha has led the Breast Cancer Retreat in Port aux Basques and Marystown and Yoga workshops in St. John's.
