As you begin, remember the old saying, You Are What You Eat. This is quite true, literally. What we eat, drink, breathe, and otherwise put into and onto our bodies constitutes the greatest factor in creating our good health.
Combinations of good things will bring about amazing positive changes in how we feel and live, just as combinations of bad things will do the opposite. Eliminating the poor food choices is the key, for when we do that, only healthy choices remain. This requires a shift in our attitude, a shift which is rapidly taking place among thousands of people every day, as they realize that processed, prepackaged, "artificial" food is sapping our energy, making us sick and ageing us prematurely. So the question is do you want to feel stagnant, unhealthy and aged? Or do you want to feel healthy, strong young, and vibrant? You choose.
